Each semester, PPA member activity is tallied by a point system. This system is used to determine who is considered an active member, eligible for running for officer, and rewards for outstanding members at the end of the year. UHPPA also sends a list of all active members to the College of Pharmacy at U of H. Specific details of the point system are shown below.

General notes about the point sheet:

• All points for 2009-2010 are final. If you think your points are not correct, please contact us before the end of June 2010. We will try to contact last year officers to resolve the issues.

• Highlighted names or with question marks should contact us for clarification. Otherwise, you may your points.
  • Individuals with creative handwriting should check the point sheet to see if their name may be misspelled.

• If your name is not on the list then we do not have a membership form for you.

Points Requirements

• 50 points per year are required to receive Active Member status
• Minimum 25 points per semester are required to be eligible for an Officer position for the following year

How to Earn Points

• 4 points per volunteer activity
• 2 points per meeting
• 1 point for wearing the current PPA T-shirt at PPA events.
• 1 point for car pool for projects
• 1 point for every hour at the carrel space (for a maximum of 5 points)
• 1 point for filling out the Ice Breaker questionnaire plus 1 point for attaching your current picture.
