Each semester, PPA member activity is tallied by a point system. This system is used to determine who is considered an active member, eligible for running for officer, and rewards for outstanding members at the end of the year. UHPPA also sends a list of all active members to the College of Pharmacy at UofH. Specific details of the point system are shown below.

Notes about the point sheet:

• Questionaire points will be updated at the end of the semester
  • Still feel free to email Nephy if you have questions regarding your points
• Highlighted names or with question marks should speak to Nephy to clarify spelling or peoplesoft id
• If your name is not on the list then we do not have a membership form for you
  • Individuals with creative handwriting should check the point sheet to see if their name may be mispelled

Points Requirements

• 50 points are required to be eligible for an Officer position for the following year
• 25 points per semester are required to receive Active Member status

How to Earn Points

• 4 points per volunteer activity
• 2 points per meeting
• 1 point for wearing PPA T-shirt at activities
• 1 point for car pool for projects
• 1 point for every hour at the carrel space (for a maximum of 5 points)
• 1 point for filling out the Ice Breaker questionaire without a picture
  • 2 points for filling out the Ice Breaker questionaire with a picture
